I bought a beautiful new five-bedroom home from Ness-Twigg in 2016 in the College Heights area. The home is airy and well-designed and constructed with no problems encountered. I have been impressed at how the builders consistently sought to use quality materials, raising things to the next level, instead of the cheapest as I have previously experienced. I came in near the end of the construction process and Ness-Twigg was extremely accommodating about my requests for flooring and kitchen appliances despite the short timeframe. Ness-Twigg was very conscientious about the inspection process and addressing in a timely fashion the (minor) glitches that came up. I was at all times impressed by their professionalism and courteous demeanor. I would happily recommend them to other aspiring homeowners.

Stephen Ness was my homebuilder, and two years later I am so happy about my choice!
